Warranty Policy:


We Provide  6 months warranty  on electronic products from our company.

If a product is faulty within 1 month from the purchasing, as long as the product is brand new, we can replace it with a new one.

If a product is faulty but have scratches on the face and body, we can only repair  instead of replacement.

Buyer is responsible for sending back the faulty products back to us and it will be on our cost to send back the products with your new orders.

We are always applying ourselves to better our service for all our valued customers. Following are some questions our customer asked us.

1)      About warranty time

All electronic products sold from our company all have 6 months warranty since the date you ordered it.

2)      About warranty range

    We will only be held responsible for warranty products which are purchased directly from our company with an order number. Purchased from reseller who has purchased from us are not included. Please contact the reseller who sold it to you.

3)      Instructions for returning faulty goods

1, before returning goods, please contact us first to discuss the issues you are having. 90% of the time we are able to sort out the problem by giving technical support, without you having to send anything back.

     2, if there are irremediable defects with the devices, you can return them back to us for repair or replacement under our twelve months warranty.

3, generally, we advise you to return faulty goods by sending them through the Post Office and EMS rather than using couriers like DHL, UPS, FEDEX and TNT. Normally it will take 7-15 days to return goods to us by Post Office or EMS.
